La lumière est d’abord et toujours une histoire de rencontre. Celle qu’on observe ou celle qu’on attend.

Dans ses photographies, Alain Baumgarten invite à la contemplation. Il compose des horizons en sculptant la lumière et expose une perception éthérée des espaces et du temps. Les sensations se conjuguent avec fragilité et beauté.

Les horizons sont peuplés par les récits poétiques de Benjamin Milazzo.

Dans ses textes, l’absence, la rêverie, la solitude et l’aliénation révèlent quelques fantômes. En témoins du temps, les mots émiettent une existence insouciante et souvent amère.

Sous le prisme de la photographie et des mots s’entretiennent deux expressions artistiques qui dialoguent et se complètent. Et si la rencontre des genres permettait la réflexion de ce qui se cache derrière l’horizon ?
